| Working Principle |
1. Sealing Function: When tightened, the NBR gasket compresses against the fuel tank neck, creating a hermetic seal that blocks fuel leakage and external contamination (dust, water) from entering the tank. |
| 2. Pressure Regulation: As fuel heats up (e.g., machine operation in hot weather), fuel vapor builds pressure inside the tank. When pressure exceeds +0.2–0.4 bar, the pressure relief valve opens to release excess vapor, preventing tank bulging/cracking. |
| 3. Vacuum Regulation: As the fuel pump draws fuel from the tank, the internal pressure drops. When vacuum reaches -0.1–0.2 bar, the vacuum relief valve opens to let filtered air into the tank, avoiding tank collapse and ensuring uninterrupted fuel flow to the engine. |
| 4. Contamination Protection: The integrated microfilter in the ventilation port traps dust/debris (≥50μm) while allowing air exchange, keeping the fuel system clean. |
