• Key functions

1.Planetary Gear Set: Transmits and amplifies torque from the swing motor to the output shaft, enabling the upper structure (cab, boom) to rotate under heavy loads. Replacing worn gears eliminates power loss and uneven rotation.

2.Roller Bearings: Support the planetary carrier and output shaft, reducing friction during high-speed rotation. New bearings eliminate humming noises and prevent gear misalignment.

3.Hydraulic Seal Kit: Seals gaps between the gearbox housing, shafts, and covers, preventing gear oil leakage and blocking dust/debris from entering (contamination is a top cause of premature gear failure).

4.Thrust Washers: Absorb axial pressure during swing starts/stops, protecting gear faces from wear and ensuring precise alignment.
Gear Oil: Provides lubrication and heat dissipation for the new components, extending their service life.
